the apartment was clean and had good facilities.
the shower design allowed water to easily flood the bathroom. the plastic chairs looked dated. the decoration lacked any charm, i found the apartment very functional but impersonal.

The room was spacious and very clean. This suited me perfectly. The staff gave GREAT advice about sightseeing. The location is near the main station and within walking distance to the Rathaus.

The automated check-in was a real treat. It was like a punishment for arriving late. the tv menu was stuck in dutch, as if i needed a language lesson after a long day of travel. i couldn't find a way to change it, so i just watched nature documentaries and guessed what was happening. the remote was like a brick too. it was a tad unwieldy.

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the train station.
the room lacked any warmth, the heating seemed inadequate. also. there was no flexibility with check-in, i asked for a slightly earlier time, but it was outright refused. i found this quite unhelpful

this apartment has a great location near the city center! i found all desired destinations within walking distance. the apartment provided all equipment and was quite comfortable.
i found the self check-in machine cumbersome outside of reception hours.

the hotel offers easy access to public transportation with the central station a short walk away. various shops and restaurants are nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. reaching the harbor and other tourist spots is quick via the conveniently located subway station.
